Ad Click Xpress - PTC

Hello and long time, no talk.  I just wanted to give a quick update on the migration of ProfitClicking to their new 'cover site' called AdClick Xpress.  It's nothing new really, basically the same site re-packaged with a new color scheme, trying to capture new customers or those that didn't upgrade to the premium system back at ProfitClicking.

If you're an old Basic Member like me, they did transfer your funds to the new system, but they have your dollars nicely pigeon holed in the lowest category of funds called "PC Basic".  These funds are very restricted and it looks like you can only use them as credits for the Traffic Exchange (where you place your site up for daily viewings by members, which nobody does anymore).  You also cannot use your PC Basic funds to purchase new ad packages, and there is no way you'll ever be able to withdraw those funds directly (speaking from 6 months of experience trying to withdraw some funds from ProfitClicking -- see some of my old PC posts here and here).

Here are the exact words on PC Basic funds direct from the website:

• The Basic System is offering "Advertising-Only" Ad Packages, at this time. Basic Ad Packages do not pay any type of affiliate sales or referral commissions.
• To receive Daily Sales Commissions or Referral Commissions in Ad Click Xpress, you must purchase Ad Click Xpress Ad Packages.
• Coming soon - when you purchase Ad Click Xpress Ad Packages, you will be able to buy 10% more Ad Click Xpress Ad Packages when you also use your Basic Balance. 

So it looks like the best we'll ever be able to do with our PC Basic funds is convert them to new Ad Packages (at 10 cents on the dollar), only when we fund the main Wallet again and put money into the new AdClick Xpress ad packages (ei:  buy 10 new ad packages, get one free, but you're actually eating $100 of your PC Basic funds balance).

Well, I must say, it's been an interesting ride with Just Been Paid, ProfitClicking, and now AdClick Xpress.  It's interesting to see a HYIP program of this nature that keeps reinventing itself and building new scams on top of the old ones.   Normal HYIP's will always go rogue after a certain amount of time, killing the website, and just disappearing with everyone's money.  But this franchise has never done that; they've never let you freely withdraw your money, but they do keep track of your 'earned' funds, and keep rolling it over into the new programs, always with diminishing returns.

So that's about it for this puppy.  Invest at your own risk at AdClick Xpress.  It may look new, but it's really just a re-packaged version of it's predecessors (Just Been Paid & ProfitClicking), who were very good at accepting your funds, but made it extremely difficult (if not impossible) to withdraw them.  Take care.  Leo

The Story of Profit Clicking - a MUST-READ for ALL Profit Clicking Members

First of all, you do NOT need to read or understand this document - you simply need to take advantage of your current situation and participate in Ad Click Xpress and use any funds from Profit Clicking provided to you over the next few weeks to strengthen your advertising success and commission earnings in Ad Click Xpress - the sky is the limit in Ad Click Xpress.

In any case, the following should outline in sufficient detail for most members what happened to Profit Clicking (PC) and why Ad Click Xpress (ACX) Owners decided to purchase it.

Here's the Story

The original, extremely successful and popular advertising and business opportunity called JustBeenPaid (JBP) started appealing to the masses in January 2010 and reached its peak in about August 2012. About this time, Frederick Mann decided to implement a much needed renovation - JustBeenPaid was to become the new Profit Clicking, with multiple income streams and more opportunities for everyone.

This plan could have worked magnificently, if not for some major factors that were beyond the control of the company, plus some major blunders that were admittedly, but unintentionally induced by the management of the company - and some of them are outlined below.

The Migration from JBP to PC when the site was not ready

JustBeenPaid analyzed its current situation and decided that out of an abundance of caution, it would be better to operate under Profit Clicking's business model; however, this huge task was to be completed much earlier than was originally expected.

The unexpected early migration began in July of 2012 into the new site, Profit Clicking. The site template was far from ready, as all programming needed to be put in place, which was not an easy task for a website with millions of members and millions of lines of code to rewrite, all while the program was still in full operation. The anticipated completion of becoming fully functional was projected to be only one to two months. When such a huge change in a business occurs, it is common procedure for larger businesses (like Profit Clicking) to examine and pass over numerous documents and legalities. Unfortunately, the time involved will always be multiplied when there are technical changes and improvements needed. In any case, the prediction of being back to 100% operation in a couple of months proved to be a huge understatement.

Management was not experienced with the indefinitely sustainable system

Part of this plan included new management, who were to bring about all the changes needed for this complete overhaul and coordinate all aspects of the Profit Clicking system.

As most people probably do not realize, the JustBeenPaid program had an extremely complex formula that made it so successful - only Frederick and a few people on the planet know what this mathematical configuration is and how it works.

The Profit Clicking management, while always having the best intentions, sincerely believed that they understood how to make the gears mesh as they should. Understanding the system would have fulfilled the plan to transform the JustBeenPaid's well-oiled machine into Profit Clicking. Unfortunately, the inexperienced management did not fully comprehend the system and some significant mistakes were made; in fact, some mistakes were overlooked for weeks or even months before they were realized.

The ProfitShift was not performed in a timely manner

The very most important component of the JustBeenPaid program was the Restart Feature, called the ProfitShift in Profit Clicking. This mechanism was put into place by Frederick Mann to make its aggressive compensation plan "indefinitely sustainable". This Restart Feature was proven to be extremely powerful and separated JustBeenPaid from all high yield business opportunities - they basically always failed after a few months, their members losing any compensation they were expecting to collect.

However, timing is extremely critical when initiating a Restart - triggering it too soon or too late could lead to devastating financial consequences. Frederick Mann knew how to use the restart in the most effective manner; however, PC Managers could not effectively manage these variables, which ultimately caused the system to become out of balance and no longer viable.

Negative press and the steady decline in sales

The migration of JustBeenPaid to Profit Clicking in September 2012 made members doubtful. Also Zeek Rewards was closed by U.S. Authorities, causing members to panic around the world. The ProfitShift of PC in November 2012, although necessary, caused even more adverse publicity. Sales of advertising and promotion of the business opportunity decreased dramatically. This resulted in members not being able to withdraw their commissions consistently, ultimately causing a downhill spiral.

Payment processor troubles

Even before the closing of Liberty Reserve in May 2013, ProfitClicking experienced major theft from some individuals associated within this payment processor. In addition, accounts of JustBeenPaid and PC were simply blocked without apparent reason. Alone this one payment processor, Liberty Reserve caused significant hardship and significantly decreased the ability of Profit Clicking to pay member commissions, to the tune of about ten million dollars.

Failed Premium System Due to Delayed Scheduling of ProfitShift

The second system in Profit Clicking, called the "Premium Ad Package System" was introduced and predicted to assist in paying the large commission backlog of the other, still operational "Basic Ad Package System". Although initially not accepted, the Premium Ad Packages became a huge hit and did the job to begin to rescue the Basic System, and revenues were then available to pay the members

However, the timing of when and how to perform a ProfitShift was again greatly miscalculated by management - there should have been a ProfitShift for the Premium System about three weeks earlier than when it indeed occurred. The inexperienced management was focusing on new features and income streams for the membership when they should have been paying attention to this most critical part of the system.

What now?

The ultimate result of the misfortunes mentioned above was for Profit Clicking to come to an end - but how to do this without causing suffering and hardship on the membership? Many members were expecting significant rebates and commissions from the system's compensation plan, but they simply never happened.
The new owners of the company, Ad Click Xpress have graciously agreed to honor those who still consider themselves to be "out of pocket" and treat the membership with the respect due to them, but in exchange for the entire Profit Clicking system - the member database, servers, the indefinitely sustainable software of Frederick Mann, and all key staff needed to run the operation.

Now, to ensure that mistakes of this magnitude are avoided in the future, Ad Click Xpress has agreed to retain Frederick Mann as their Senior Consultant for strategizing the success of the members and the company - millions will be able to survive and thrive in the new world, as a result of following Frederick's simple-to-work programs.

How do I migrate to Ad Click Xpress?

• Step 1.   Login into Profit Clicking.
• Step 2.   The pop up will show up about the migration. Click on "Migrate Now".
• Step 3.   Log into Ad Click Xpress using your same ID and password used in Profit Clicking.
• Step 4.   Buy your Free Ad Click Xpress Ad Package that is presented to all members who migrate.
• Step 5.   View at least one website in the Traffic Exchange to get your XpressPay for this Free Ad Package.
• Step 6.   After viewing websites, click the X in the Traffic Exchange to access the dashboard.
• Step 7.   Click on your Ad Click Xpress Wallet to fund your account to buy Affiliate Ad Packages, which earn you Daily Sales Commissions when you view the required websites or buy Advertising-Only Ad Packages, which will allow you to only advertise.

If my Profit Clicking account is blocked, can I still migrate?

A blocked Profit Clicking account will not be permitted to migrate until issues are resolved and the blocked account is officially released by the HelpDesk department. If you have a blocked account, click on Help at the top of the Profit Clicking site and submit a support ticket, choosing the "Migration-Blocked" topic. For faster service, please provide as many details as you can in your ticket. Your ticket will be answered in the order it was received.

Can I transfer my Basic or Premium balances to my Ad Click Xpress balance?

Funds that are in the Basic or Premium wallets are not transferable into the Ad Click Xpress Wallet.

How can I use my Basic or Premium Wallet balances?

Basic or Premium Wallet balances transferred from Profit Clicking can be used to purchase Advertising-Only Ad Packages or can be used in combination of the funds in your Ad Click Xpress Wallet. By combining the Profit Clicking balances with your Ad Click Xpress Wallet balance, you can purchase 20% more Ad Click Xpress Ad Packages when you use the Basic balance and 30% more Ad Click Xpress Ad Packages when you use your Premium balance. The Basic and Premium balances cannot be withdrawn.

I purchased Advertising-Only Ad Packages in error. What should I do?

If you had purchased Advertising-Only Ad Packages by mistake, you can submit a support ticket and request a reversal of the funds back into the appropriate Wallet. There will be a 10% handling fee when you request this type of reversal.

What are the benefits of Ad Packages?

The Ad Packages System provides Affiliates with advertising credits to use in the Traffic Exchange. Every $10 Ad Package you purchase will give you 200 views to your websites.

In addition to the powerful advertising benefits for promoting your businesses, you also can receive Daily Sales Commission for each Ad Package purchased. Daily Sales Commissions for each Ad Package can continue to pay every day until the total commissions have reached up to $15.

In order to earn the Daily Sales Commissions, you must view other people's ads in the Traffic Exchange.
After an Ad Package has reached its full potential amount of $15, it will then expire. However, your websites will continue to circulate in the Traffic Exchange, acknowledging all of your assigned advertising credits. The Panel System provides Affiliates with 1000 advertising credits to use in the Traffic Exchange. Every $20 Panel you purchase will give you 1000 views to your websites.

You can also be awarded one FREE Bonus Panel for up to 4 Ad Packages that have expired.
Panels can give you Rebates of up to $60 after they fill and complete.

The time it takes to fill Panels can vary and will be dependent upon the:

• number of Panels in the system company-wide
• number of your own expiring Ad Packages
• number of Panels your referrals have purchased
• choices you have made for your Panels by manipulating them with "Accelerators"

How many credits do I receive for one Ad Package purchase?

How long does it take to have my URL approved to be in the Traffic Exchange?

Every URL submitted is manually approved. There is no set time for when your URL will be approved or rejected

How do I manage my advertising credits for my websites

To add credits or subtract credits, simply hover your mouse over the plus or minus sign click on the minus or plus, and enter the number to add or subtract credits.
To delete a currently circulating URL, hover your mouse over the date the campaign started and delete the URL

Why does my Ad have to be in English?

This is considered to be the prevailing practice with Traffic Exchanges. We are working on expanding to multi languages and enhance your Advertising experience in Ad Click Xpress

Why was my Ad rejected?

The reasons for rejection are as follows:

• Sites related to porn, gambling, warez, Adult, hate, illicit material, immoral activities, illegal or offensive content
• Donation sites
• Sites not in English
• Frame breakers
• Sites that are misleading or are covering (hiding) the actual intended content
• Sites with repeated pop ups on the page or more than a single exit pop ups/leaving the page
• Sites that have music/sound/video without an off/pause/mute switch
• Sites that attempt to download files automatically
• Sites that attempt to get Ad Click Xpress Traffic Exchange credits from other members
• Ad Click Xpress referral sites in the form of splash pages, lead capture pages and direct referral links. Any sites that primarily Advertise Ad Click Xpress
• FaceBook, Twitter and YouTube because they are showing either a blank page, a small banner or login page
• Not-found-404 Error
• Proof of income
• White pages with captcha blocking sites are not allowed
• Members are allowed up to 3 URL's but no duplicates of the same
• Violation of intellectual property rights

What payment systems/processors do you use and where do I register?

AdClickXpress offer 5 payment processors: Payza, Egopay, SolidTrustPay, OKPAY, and Perfect Money. Just click on the links provided to register with each one. Note: To fund your Ad Click Xpress account using the combination of Payza and Egopay, you must first fund your Payza and then exchange the funds from Payza to Egopay. Once the process is complete, choose "Load Egopay" in your Wallet. If you do not have an Egopay account, click on "Signup" in your Wallet. Ad Click Xpress does NOT use Paypal.

Do I need to open a Payment Processor account before I join Ad Click Xpress and how much should I fund them?

You can actually join Ad Click Xpress without having a Payment Processor. You can start using it before they are verified. However, you should get your Payment Processor account verified as soon as possible so you can increase your withdrawal limit. Once you open an account, you may want to fund it with at least $20-$30 to cover fees incurred by the processor.

You can use credit cards with Payza, Egopay, SolidTrustPay, Perfect Money and OKPAY require local currency exchangers for account funding. In Ad Click Xpress, AdClickXpress are combining the use of Payza and Egopay, due to a change in policy in working directly with Payza. You may still use your Payza account, but you must use Egopay as an exchanger when funding your Ad Click Xpress account. This change is needed to make funding and withdrawals more convenient for the membership.

Every Payment Processor will offer slightly differing Instructions and options based on their program and largely on where you reside. It is very important to find out the specific requirements as they apply to you. You can do this by clicking on your chosen Payment Processor(s) link above and following the instructions you find there.

What is the Ad Click Xpress refund policy?

All sales and payments are final. Ad Click Xpress doesn't offer any refunds of the upgrade fees, nor any funds you put into your advertising or Ad Click Xpress Panel accounts.

How do I withdraw my earnings, commissions and Rebates?

To withdraw to your payment processor:
In Ad Click Xpress, the withdrawals are requested from the earnings available in your Ad Package, Referral and Panel balances only. The Ad Click Xpress Wallet balance is used for funding your account and making purchases, but you cannot withdraw that balance and can only withdraw what you have earned.
The withdrawal system is being tested now and should be ready very soon.

The withdrawal limits per day are:

•     $50 OK Pay
•     $50 Perfect Money
•     $250 Solid Trust Pay
•     $100 Egopay

To request a withdrawal from your balances, while on your Wallet page, click on “Withdraw” next to the payment processor of your choice. Type in the amount you would like to withdraw, the minimum of $20, click “Proceed” and then “Confirm”. You can expect your withdrawal to be processed within 24-48 hours after your request.
Please note that the withdrawal amounts are subject to change. The Pay Processor's fees are posted on the withdrawal page and are subject to change

What if I receive an error message, "Invalid Login Details"?

Try logging in again; you may have mistyped your password. Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive.

If you are still unable to log in, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions provided to retrieve your login details.

How do I get my login details or change my password?

While logged into your account, click "My Account" , then "My Profile" and follow the steps to change your password or retrieve your login details, confirming the change by clicking a link in your email.

How do I change my Ad Click Xpress username or email address?

While logged into your account, click "My Account" , then "My Profile" and follow the steps to change your username, confirming the change by clicking a link in your email. Your username will appear at the end of every one of your Affiliate URL's.

What if I do not receive my confirmation email for changes in my Profile?

You may not have received the confirmation email because:

• You have used a "disposable email", which will not work for signing up for Ad Click Xpress. For best results, use a Gmail address.
• There was an error when typing in the email address. Sign up again using your preferred sponsor's affiliate link and type in the correct email address.
• Your confirmation email is in your junk or spam folder. Check these folders to see if the confirmation email was sent there.

If none of the above apply to you, you can go on Help Desk to request another confirmation email. If you still have not received a confirmation email, submit a support ticket here, click the "Open New Ticket" button and select the "Sign-Up Problems" department

Am I allowed to have multiple accounts in Ad Click Xpress?

Members are allowed to have more than 1 account, as long as each account has a unique email address and payment processor ID.

Can more than one person in a household have an Ad Click Xpress account and use the same computer?

There are no limits to the total number of members who sign up from the same household. However, there is a limit of 3 signups per day using the same IP address. Each member must have his/her own unique email address and payment processor ID and you meet the age requirements for payment processors.
